Singsonger Ltd — London

A media company.
Powered by its
own pipeline.

Mission

We are building a fully autonomous media operation. Automated pipelines conceive, produce, distribute and market creative content — music, video, narrative, short-form series — at a fraction of the headcount of a traditional media company. The system is self-iterating: performance data feeds back into every production cycle, improving output automatically. Social platforms are the hook. Owned distribution is the destination. As AI improves, the entire operation improves with it.

The Approach

The orchestration
layer is
the IP.

Our pipelines are deliberately model-agnostic. We integrate the best available generation technology for each task and swap components as the landscape evolves. No single supplier is load-bearing. The competitive advantage lives in the orchestration logic, the automation architecture, the feedback loops — and in the production assets, memory and world state that live entirely within our infrastructure. Providers are render engines. The intelligence is ours.

The problems with AI media production — continuity, wasted generation, provider dependency, narrative coherence, production headcount — are well understood. We've built specific solutions into the architecture for each of them. The pipelines are the proof.

IP Assets

Owned brands.
Live pipelines.

Singsonger Ltd owns and operates the following pipeline brands. Each runs on the same underlying architecture — different formats, different audiences, same automated production logic.

lazy.productions Live
lazy.productions ↗

Proprietary pipelines for automated narrative content production. Characters, worlds, lore, original music, visuals, rendered video — conceived and produced by the system. The music video pipeline produces a complete finished work from a single text prompt. The larger system is a self-iterating content operation, automated from concept through to distribution.

FightAnything Live
fightanything.com ↗

An AI-generated narrative universe with automated broadcast. Players submit a prompt and receive a fully realised fighter — original backstory, character art, fighting style, theme song, intro video — generated entirely by the pipeline.

Outcomes are driven by narrative logic and accumulated fight history, not random numbers. The pipeline maintains persistent memory across the full history of the league. A daily broadcast runs fully automated. The vision is a weekly show format — a fully produced broadcast with fight clips, narrative arcs and character development, built entirely by the system.

Where We Are

Progress.

Pipelines in production. Systems under active development. The infrastructure is real, the output is live, and every pipeline improves continuously.

Infrastructure

Built on
Google Cloud.

Our core production infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform — Cloud Run for pipeline orchestration, Firebase and Firestore for data and auth, GPU compute for video generation workloads.

Built on GCP from day one, not retrofitted. As the pipelines scale, the infrastructure scales with them.

Across the generative stack, we integrate the best available technology for each task — video generation, audio, voice synthesis, image models, LLM orchestration — and swap components based on cost, quality and task requirements. We have done this repeatedly already. No single provider is load-bearing. The full range of current generative providers sits within our integration layer, treated as interchangeable tools rather than fixed dependencies.
